Final Fantasy I and II Website Unveiled

Posted on January 21, 2007 by Daniel Jatoba
Square-Enix has released the official website for the PSP versions of Final Fantasy I and Final Fantasy II. The website doens't give away any news, however, if you click on the "New Information" button, you'll be able to view some screenshots of the world map, FMV sequences and artwork. Obviously the graphics look a lot better than the previous versions of Final Fantasy I and II. Final Fantasy I and Final Fantasy II will be released in Japan in 2007 to celebrate Final Fantasy's 20 year anniversary.

The Playstation Portable was introduced by Sony at E3 2003, and unveiled on May 11, 2004, as a form of competition against Nintendo's GameBoy. The PSP is the first successful competition against Nintendo in the handheld sector.

With several different models of PSP on the market, the system has proved incredibly popular even in the face of the behemoth that is the DS. With better graphical capabilities and a disc drive, many PSP titles are closer to console experiences than those on the DS.
