Price Cuts and Harddrive Expansions

The Xbox Pro and the fat 80GB PS3 have a limited shelf life. Retailers have about two months left of inventory before they start to push the 160GB PS3s and Xbox Elite 120GB consoles.

Also, expect to see a slim version of the PS3 this fall and more Xbox 360 bundled with exclusive games.

The 360 Elite console has recently been released bundled up with game packs including a Fable 2/Halo 3 combo, and red 360 with Resident Evil V.

Although Sony has officially stated that they have no plans for a redesigned, but that has already been proven false by the leaked photos of the slim PS3 that is rumored to be released in the fall.

These are hints to bigger things that Sony and Microsoft might have planned for us this holiday season.
