Get your first look at the Super NES Classic Edition

Nintendo of Japan has released a new video for the upcoming Japanese release of the Super NES Classic Edition, aka the Super Famicom Classic showcasing the games that will be included in the hardware.

More intriguing, however, is the menu navigation. Much like the NES Classic Edition, it has a fairly inspired look to it, giving fans plenty of that nostalgiac flavoring to arguably make their investment a worthwhile one.

Take a look at the aforementioned video below:

As a reminder, the difference with the Japanese version of the Super NES Classic Edition is that they're getting Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem, Panel de Pon (Tetris Attack), Super Soccer, and The Legend of the Mystical Ninja. On the other hand, they'll be missing out on Earthbound, Kirby's Dream Course, Super Castlevania IV, and Super Punch-Out!!

The Super NES Classic Edition is set to be released on September 29 in North America and Europe, while those in Japan will have to wait until October 5 to get their hands on a unit. For more information about what is included, check out our helpful write-up for the details.

UPDATE: Nintendo has released two videos, featuring the Nintendo Classic Mini with its built-in rewind feature with the other covering its other various features and pre-loaded 21 games in the system.
