First screenshots and opening movie for Shining Resonance Refrain

Following its announcement in this week's Famitsu, Sega has updated the official website for Shining Resonance Refrain, detailing the upcoming remaster of the PS3 game. The game's opening movie has also been posted, featuring a new vocal theme song.

In addition to upgraded visuals and performance, Shining Resonance Refrain includes more than 150 pieces of DLC from the original PlayStation 3 release such as extra events, dungeons, and character costumes. A new 'refrain' mode also is added to the game, which allows players to see the viewpoints of Excella and Jenius in a new what-if storyline.

Shining Resonance Refrain is set to release in Japan on March 29, 2018 for PlayStation 4.
