Final Fantasy XIII-2 gets a Limited Edition OST

Posted on December 5, 2011 by Alex Donaldson
Final Fantasy XIII-2's soundtrack is getting an impressive-looking Limited Edition packaged release over in Japan, bundling the four-disc OST and a special edition DVD in a special package.

The soundtrack features a Yoshitaka Amano sketch of Lightning on one side whilst new villain Caius Ballad will adorn the back. The soundtrack is set to release in Japan on December 14th. A regular version of the soundtrack will also be available for just under 1000 Yen less for those who don't want to shell out for the limited edition package.

The Limited Edition soundtrack is currently available for Import Pre-order online if you fancy nabbing yourself a copy. The regular version of the soundtrack is also up for pre-order, as are the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game itself.

Never played Final Fight melysf, but heard it was good. Your video looked great and I had to laugh at the "Two P." reference.Closing note: Get to playing FF XIII - It's eating up my evenings right now, excellent!

From what I've heard from the soundtrack, there really isn't that much on there that is any good... It all seems more fitting for a dance party than a Final Fantasy game. Where's the epic orchestral pieces? it needs more guitars as well, less techno-shit.
