Kinect support coming to Skyrim for Xbox 360

Posted on April 12, 2012 by Erren Van Duine

Dragon shouts and more... for real.

The folks over at the Bethesda Blog have some fairly cool news for Xbox 360 players who own a Kinect.

Kinect functionality in the form of voice commands is coming to The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. The content will be totally free as a part of a title update for the game due later this month. Over 200 voice commands will be supported including dragon shouts.

You'll also be able to use Kinect to control Skyrim's menus, follower commands, and even the ability to create quick saves by simply saying it.

Bethesda promises a full list of voice commands in the coming weeks, but in the meantime you can check out a new video they've prepared today.

Hi Patchex,Each of the organizations ftueared in this video has a staff that is happy to be part of a team. Please don't imply otherwise. I don't understand what you mean by disrespect . a noob is someone that's new to anything. We stated in the video that everyone was a noob at one point or another. In any case this is the only time I've gotten any complaints about that episode. Yes I left the LAIR because I was to busy with GI I told you that when I left. About you editing for GI you sent me an email out of the blue and told me you quit and never to contact you again I was a bit taken, but I was going through a lot at the time so Me and Ana are cool always have been she sent me an email not long ago, she was having trouble loggin in to the site to leave a comment. I helped her out she complemented me on the site. I'm actually considering writing for the LAIR how crazy is that?I don't dislike you Patchex, I think your cool. I do think you have a problem discerning the intentions of others though. You should address people on a personal level before you jump to conclusions. Best regards,Narde
