Black Rock Shooter English release still on the way?

NIS America has gone quiet regarding the western launch of Imageepoch ARPG, Black Rock Shooter.  However, there may still be hope.  Ryoei Mikage, CEO of the company, has given an interesting response on Twitter when inquired about the game's release.

"We are developing BRS now. BRS will be completed soon."

Now this might not be an official confirmation.  It is also a rather quick and vague respone that has the potential to be misinterpreted.  We'll keep you updated when we know for sure.
