Tales of Hearts R coming Winter 2014 to the West

Following news in the last week about GameStop's listing of the title, Namco has officially announced Tales of Hearts R for western release with this message from Tales producer Hideo Baba. No release details are given other than a Winter 2014 release window. No mention of retailer exclusivity is mentioned either. Take a look at Baba's message below.
