Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire introduces Rayquaza, more mega evolutions, and a demo

Nintendo and Pokemon Company revealed a lot of information for the upcoming Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire. Firstly, Rayquaza - from Pokemon Emerald - is shown with his Hyper Beam and Draco Meteor attacks. More abilities for Groudon, Kyogre, and their mega forms are also shown.

Three new mega evolutions were also introduced. Mega Gallade is one of the pokemon that Wally - one of the rival characters - will have as a part of his team. Mega Camerupt is Team Magma boss Maxie's prized Pokemon, and Mega Sharpedo is that of Team Aqua boss Archie. There are also images for Mega Slowbro and Mega Audino, which were revealed last month.

A couple of other Pokemon that debuted with the original Ruby and Sapphire games are also showcased: Zigzagoon, Poochyena, Taillow, Wingull, and Wurmple.

Finally, a demo will be available for these titles. While hard details are still to come, it has been announced that a Pokemon with the ability to mega evolve, as well as reward items, can be brought into the final retail games.
