Microsoft and Lionhead Studios have today confirmed again that Fable III will be released before the end of 2010 with a projected Christmas 2010 release while also confirming online that they will be showing off the title next month.
Microsoft mentioned Fable III in a press release at the Consumer Electronics Show, citing it alongside Halo Reach and Project Natal as one of the core Microsoft titles for 2010, saying it'd be out by Christmas
Meanwhile, Tweeting at
Connected Consoles, Lionhead Community man Sam Van Tilburgh said that two videos he was working on will "
come out when we show Fable 3 for the 1st time at an event next month."
Fable III has been heavily rumoured to support Microsoft's Natal Camera in the past, with Lionhead boss Peter Molyneux teasing that he'd "be mad" to not try to integrate the camera into the gameplay of Fable III.
We'll bring you all the latest on Fable III was we get it.
What I'm really hoping for is use of the Natal during the Fable III sex scenes, and will it be able to detect pelvic thrusts from the couch, or will I need to be standing?
Replydon't expect a big revolution with this title
ReplyAs long as it continues to improve the same way 2 did from 1 i'll be happy!
ReplySeeing as how you play the role of a king, I wonder if that means you'll knight people through the camera, or maybe even mimic throwing a bucket of feces on the peasants...
