New Final Fantasy XIV Screenshots

Posted on August 17, 2010 by Erren Van Duine
GamesCom in Europe is underway and Square-Enix has released a batch of new Final Fantasy XIV: Online screenshots from the Japanese version to celebrate.

Several new locations can be seen, including two of the other city-states where players can start the game. The first of these cities is called Gridania, which features a forest-like area. The other being Ul’dah, which consists of a busy desert town. The screens show off various gameplay and enemies as well.

Look forward to our continuing coverage as we take a look at Final Fantasy XIV later this week, and in the meantime, enjoy the screenshots below or view them all in the Media Vault.

Funny, I'm in the beta. It looks prettier in these shots than it does in motion.
