Persona 3 Portable: Chihiro (Justice) social link choices guide
The Chihiro Fushimi Social Link in Persona 3 Portable is a more unique one in that it’s entirely exclusive to one gender protagonist - you’ll only be able to pursue this particular S-Link storyline if you’re playing as the Male lead.
As with all of the characters in the game, boosting your S-Link level with Chihiro will reveal more of her story, and also unlock bonuses when doing Fusion to create Persona of the Justice Arcana which Chihiro represents. You can also date Chihiro, if you want to get romantic. This guide will help you to make the right dialogue choices to advance the relationship quickly & efficiently.

This guide to the Persona 3 Portable Chihiro S-Link exists to help you to navigate the relationship in an efficient and spoiler-free way. This guide will work for Persona 3 Portable and FES, but if you're playing Reload you should instead consult our dedicated Chihiro guide for that variant of Persona 3.
Persona 3’s S-Link system sees rank ups controlled by an invisible number that rises as you spend time with each character - but if you say the right things or give the right gifts, you can earn bonus points that make things go quicker. On this page, we list all dialogue that has a material effect on your relationship, where choosing a certain option will endear Chihiro to you and rank up the link more quickly.
This Social Link is exclusive to the male protagonist, and additionally is a romance option. In Persona 3 Portable, you don’t need to worry about dating multiple people, either - there’s no penalty for dating multiple people. In fact, you practically have to - as there’s no way to opt-out of romance - romance just happens as you rank up.
This guide only lists choices with a dialogue option that rewards bonus points. If a set of choices aren’t listed, you can say whatever you want with it having no effect. If you’re not getting as many points as we say you should be, you may not be getting the Arcana Bonus - to guarantee this, you must have a Justice Arcana in your party whenever you spend time with Chihiro.
- Once the S-Link is unlocked, Chihiro is available on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday daytimes.
- As you’d expect given how you meet, Chihiro is found in the Student Council Room of Gekkoukan High.
- The perfect gifts for Chihiro are the Brand Bag, Brand Watch, and Book Cover. Most other gifts in the game elicit a positive response to a lesser degree, however - she’s fairly easy to please.
Unlock & Rank 1:
As noted above, Chihiro is an exclusive social link for the Male protagonist in Persona 3 Portable. Chihiro’s counterpart for the female protagonist is the Ken Amada social link, who fills the role of the Justice Arcana S-Link, as detailed in the Persona 3 Portable Social Link guide hub.
The earliest point at which you’ll be able to start up the S-Link with Chihiro is on 5/28. Once Mitsuru suggests you join the Student Council, you can talk to Chihiro - though you have to speak to Chihiro three times before she’ll hang out with you and start a friendship.
