Final Fantasy XV Guide: All outfits in the game and how to get them

Final Fantasy XV doesn't have equipment in the most traditional of Final Fantasy senses. Each character can equip up to two accessories that match series staples - a range of bracers, bangles and the like - but that's pretty much it.

In lieu of armor, however, Noctis and his friends can dress up in fully-different outfits. There aren't hundreds of these like there are pieces of armor in a classic FF, but they do fully change your character's appearance.

On top of that, there's a twist: unexpectedly, these outfits actually have stats attached as well.  This is in true FF fashion, but isn't necessarily expected in a game as action-driven as FF15. As such, the outfits are actually surprisingly useful for more than just a change of visuals.

What will you wear? How do you get it? There's not that many, honestly - but find them all listed below - and beware, there are some story unlock outfits, so -- mild spoilers.
