Dungeon Siege III delayed into June

Square Enix have just announced in a joint press release from the US and European offices that Dungeon Siege III has slipped past its previously announced release date in May, and will now ship in June.

Previously announced for the end of May in the US and EU, the game will now launch on June 17th in the UK and the rest of Europe and on June 21st in North America.

Square Enix US President Mike Fischer explains the reasons for the delay in the press release. "Square Enix is committed to delivering the ultimate Dungeon Siege experience," he said of the delay. "Although the final polish phase has demanded a bit more time than originally planned, we want to assure fans and followers that the additional effort will allow us to deliver an action-RPG worthy of its rich heritage."

That's that, then. Dungeon Siege III - June 17th in the EU, 21st in Europe. Remember you can see all the ScreenshotsVideos and Artwork from Dungeon Siege III over in the Media Vault!
