Assassin's Creed Valhalla's release date moved up to November 10
Ubisoft has announced that Assassin's Creed Valhalla will now launch on November 10 for Xbox Series X & Xbox Series S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC (Epic Games Store & Ubisoft Store), Stadia, and Ubisoft subscription service UPLAY+. The game will also release for PlayStation 5 and the launch of the console.
Assassin's Creed Valhalla was previously set for November 17, but Ubisoft has moved up the release by one week to coincide with the newly confirmed launch date for the Xbox Series consoles.
For the Xbox Series consoles, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will run in 4K resolution at 60 FPS, have higher resolution textures, improved shadow quality, and improved clutter density. The game will also benefiting from faster loading times compared to current-generation console versions.
The game will also support Xbox's Smart Delivery inititiave, which allows players who purchase the Xbox One version of the game to upgrade to the Xbox Series versions as no additional cost. Cross-save between the two platforms is also supported, meaning your save file is intact.
