Roguelike deck-builder RPG Tainted Grail: Conquest launches for PC on May 27

Awaken Realms Digital has announced that roguelike deck-builder RPG Tainted Grail: Conquest will exit Early Access and launch for PC (Steam, GOG) on May 27.

Tainted Grail is something of an interesting case. A different, fully-fledged more traditional RPG title - Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon - is set to release later this year. Tainted Grail: Conquest was originally built as a separate game mode, serving as a testing environment for the developers. However, it soon became a full game of its own and released via Steam Early Access last June. More details from the developers can be found in the Steam forum thread.

A launch date reveal trailer and screenshot set for Tainted Grail: Conquest can be found below via Awaken Realms Digital.

Tainted Grail: Conquest is a hardcore roguelike experience with base-building mechanics and a surprising narrative layer.
Explore an ever-changing map, fight your way through deadly encounters, and slay the prince of the Fore-dwellers in order to conquer the island of Avalon.

Create unique combos out of various skills, runes, and items. Develop and customize your heroes as you fight harder and harder enemies. Build and upgrade your village to carry over your progress and tailor the experience to your unique playstyle.
