Final Fantasy XIII-2 Release Date Announced

Square-Enix has been teasing a December launch for the domestic release of FINAL FANTASY XIII-2 for some time now.

Today, they’ve announced a formal ship date for the game, set to release on December 15, 2011—nearly two years after the original PlayStation 3 release of FINAL FANTASY XIII.

Those holding out for the English version need not wait long, as FINAL FANTASY XIII-2 will be moving westward on January 31, 2012 for North America, and February 3, 2012 for Europe.
