Tetracast - Episode 300: More RNG = More Tactical

Welcome to the latest edition of the Tetracast, RPG Site's regular, seemingly weekly podcast!

In this episode of the RPG Site podcast, James discusses his hands-on time with the upcoming Final Fantasy XVI and the difficulty of RPG demos. Bryan then discusses his (short) time with Forspoken: In Tanta We Trust as well as his start with new post-apocalyptic tactical RPG Miasma Chronicles. Josh wraps up the opening segment by detailing the many complicated systems of Aether Gazer.

The crew then shifts the discussion over to impressions of Sony's 2023 Showcase, focusing on the first footage for Dragon's Dogma II and a new release window for Granblue Fantasy: Relink. Then a surprising number of interesting titles were announced with the Marvelous Game Showcase such as Rune Factory: Project Dragon and Project Life is RPG. Finally, the crew wraps up with confirmation of a new Dragon Quest Monsters game in development for Nintendo Switch, a delay for Front Mission 2 Remake, and more.

This edition of the Tetracast features Bryan Vitale (@ZeoMassicot), Josh Torres (@HD_Kirin), and James Galizio (@theswweet). You can find links to the full episode of the podcast below along with our RSS feed, and also subscribe to us on iTunes or Google Podcasts, and follow on Spotify!
