Cyberpunk 2077 surpasses 30 million units sold; Phantom Liberty expansion exceeds 8 million

CD Projekt has released its earning report for Q3 of the 2024 fiscal year [PDF]. In it, the publisher revealed that Cyberpunk 2077 has surpassed 30 million units sold, while the Phantom Liberty expansion has reached 8 million units sold.

CD Project had previously reported 25 million and 5 million for the base game and expansion, respectively.

Additionally, the results presentation has confirmed that Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition will release for Mac in 2025, and Witcher series project Polaris is now in full production with 400 staff on the project.

Finally, CD Projekt has confirmed that a new animation project in the Cyberpunk 2077 universe has been greenlit for Netflix, following the previous collaboration for 2022's Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.
