Empyreal gets a new trailer focusing on the story and characters ahead of its launch on May 8

Publisher Secret Mode and developer Silent Games have released a new trailer for the action RPG Empyreal ahead of its launch later this week on May 8.

Empyreal's new trailer focuses on the story and characters by introducing the team, relationships, and more. At launch on May 8, Empyreal will be priced at $29.99 with a 10% launch discount available on Steam. A demo is also available on Steam with multiple levels included. 

Empyreal releases on May 8 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam).

An Expedition is only as good as its people. In preparation for the launch of the complex action-RPG Empyreal, releasing at 02.00 PDT / 05.00 ET / 10.00 BST / 11.00 CEST on Thursday, 8 May, meet some of the members of the Expedition sent to explore the Monolith in an emotive new trailer.

The trailer introduces you to the many faces of the team and hints at the relationships you can develop with them. From the enigmatic and troubled head of the Expedition, Morys Lovell, to the sincere and brilliant physicist Maria Thornton, everyone has a story to tell as you uncover the secrets of the Monolith. Their full stories remain a mystery for you to uncover, but the trailer offers a hint to the quests you will undertake for these characters, and the aid they might offer in exchange.
