Bravely Default Flying Fairy HD Remaster is set to release on June 5 for Nintendo Switch 2.

World

Land of Sand and Time - Ancheim

A city of machinery and windmills powered by the winds blowing across the desert. Since the winds stopped after the Wind Crystal was swallowed in darkness, Ancheim now forces its citizens to power the city’s turbines by hand.

Khamer & Profiteur Merchantry - An enterprise run by Chairman Profiteur, a merchant dedicated to making money by any means. They have a monopoly on the sale of water and charge exorbitant prices for their product.

Land of Radiant Flowers Florem

Tradition dictates that men may not reside within the borders of this city upon a river. Although its citizens once lived humble lives, it has experienced a series of strange happenings, such as transforming into an extravagantly colorful pleasure district and the vestal of water being absent from her post.

The Bloodrose Legion - A covert squad comprised of the meticulous Commander DeRosa and the three Venus sisters. It seems they have something to do with the happenings in Florem.

The Sinking State Grandship

A nation upon a ship floating in the middle of the ocean. It has no military, and remains completely neutral in world affairs. Grandship serves as a crucial supply port for any and all ships sailing the Sea of Corsairs.

Town of Shieldbearers Hartschild

Stronghold of the Shieldbearers for the four years since the Swordbearers’ uprising divided Eisenberg. The Swordbearers lead their offensive from Starkfort.

The Black Blades - Professional soldiers supporting the Swordbearers. Their assistance has kept the Shieldbearers on their back foot during the long civil war.

New Minigames

Take a break from your adventures to enjoy two all-new minigames featuring Nintendo Switch 2 mouse controls. Aim for high scores to earn all sorts of rewards.

Luxencheer Rhythm Catch

Tiz and crew dance and reminisce along to the soundtrack of their adventure in this energetic rhythm game. Take up a lux stick in each hand and cheer the heroes on stage into a fever pitch!
Set the destination aside on occasion to look back at the road traveled so far—and the music that accompanied it
Dance as the character in the job costume of your choice!
There are three types of notes to catch. For ring notes, pass the wave line coming from between your lux sticks through the center of a note for a great catch!
Play along to five music tracks in all! In spectator mode, sit back, relax, and watch Tiz and company do all the dancing.

Ringabel’s Panic Cruise

Take a spin as Ringabel behind the pilot’s wheel of an airship in this multitasking cruise game. Operate the variety of controls and devices in the cockpit while fulfilling the myriad of orders shouted by your companions.
Move the left and right cursors to steer the airship’s wheel and adjust the altitude lever. The cruise’s course is marked by the floating rings!
Your party’s orders will come in fast and plenty! Make sure to not fly off course while your attention is divided.
Powerful enemies will come to interrupt your cruise. Use the airship’s shields and cannons to clear the way.
Four courses in all, including a tutorial course! Your companions’ demands increase with the difficulty level!

Fabulous Prizes Make Minigames Even More Fun

Achieve set scores to earn tokens and new notes to read. Aim for high scores to rake in the goodies.
Among the prizes for which tokens may be exchanged are accessories that allow the encounter rate to be set from 0 to 400% and costumes to change characters’ appearances. There are more than prizes aplenty, so plan your token budget carefully!

Rebuilding Norende

As the reconstruction of Norende—Tiz’s hometown that was swallowed up by the Great Chasm—progresses, shops will open up that deal in powerful equipment and new special moves. They’re all useful products to acquire, so make sure to pay the reconstruction effort due diligence alongside your adventure.

Encounter other players as guests in the various towns to grow the population of Norende. As the village’s population increases, the more residents you’ll have to assign to redevelopment tasks, and the faster those tasks can be completed

Battle

Call on the strength of friends from your system’s friends list and guest players from other worlds whom you encounter in towns to give you an edge in battle

Summon Friends

Summon friends and guest players to use their favorite moves in battle. You can also send your own characters with their moves to be summoned by your friends. With everyone working together, no foe is too strong.

Abilink

By abilinking with friends, you can borrow their abilities that you have yet to learn and try out new strategies and ability combinations. *It is not possible to abilink with guests.

Special Moves

Not only are special moves powerful, they power up the entire party while the specialmove music is playing. Customize them with what sort of boosts the party will receive to create special moves that are especially your own.

The party boosts that accompany the special-move music are varied. Chain together other characters’ special moves before the music ends and all of the moves’ bonuses remain in effect for the music’s duration!
Not only can you choose customizable parts to create attack-type and healing-type special moves, you can even name your moves whatever you like.

Job

Thief

Stealing items from enemies is thieves’ standout trait. Their high agility allows them to attack before the enemy or rescue an ally from danger with some quick healing.

Merchant

Watch your finances grow with a merchant in your party. Both attacking and supporting through the power of money more than makes up for their otherwise middling stats.

Spell Fencer

Masters of sword magic with numerous spells at their disposal. They can even enchant a sword to absorb their target’s MP, restoring their own with every attack.

Time Mage

These mages excel at altering how quickly or slowly allies and enemies can act with time magic. Their command over time and space extends to even outside of battle: should your party be wiped out, a time mage’s powers can return the party to the start of that battle.

Ranger

These marksmen always take down their prey thanks to their high accuracy and numerous abilities specialized for dealing heavy damage to specific enemy families.

Summoner

In exchange for immense quantities of MP, these mages summon creatures that deal great damage to the enemy’s entire party. They come with an exemplary MP stat, and are also able to restore their own MP by taking damage.

Valkyrie

In a move that is both offensive and defensive, valkyries leap into the heavens where they are out of range of enemy attacks before falling back to earth to deal heavy damage on the next turn.

Red Mage

Red mages can use both black magic to attack the enemy and white magic to support their allies. Through an ability that activates under certain conditions, they can also increase their own BP.

Salve-Maker

Salve-makers specialize in using items to both attack and support. By compounding two items together, they can create such amazing effects as doubling a target’s maximum HP.

Performer

Performers sing and dance to boost the party’s stats and abilities. A single performance can boost the entire party; braving to perform multiple times in one turn can supercharge the party.

Pirate

Pirates boast the highest physical attack stat of all jobs. And their attacks are not only powerful, but capable of enfeebling the enemy as well.

Ninja

Agile fighters who slice the enemy to ribbons with a weapon in each hand. Although the lack of a shield lowers their defensive capabilities, they can cover the gap with ninjutsu that raises their evasion.

Swordmaster

Swordmasters are offensive experts who specialize in countering enemy attacks. Although this requires predicting the enemy’s next move, doing so metes out extraordinary damage.
