Stellar Blade is now Steam Deck Verified ahead of its launch later this week on PC

Valve has rated Shift Up's action RPG Stellar Blade as Steam Deck Verified ahead of its launch this Wednesday for PC.

Valve's rating, which you can view below, mentions that the first-time setup requires an internet connection and that the game doesn't default to external controllers when played on Steam Deck. The latter is only going to be an issue if you play Docked, and it is an easy fix with one setting you can change in the controller order layout.

You can view the Steam Deck rating for Stellar Blade on the web store page or on the Steam Deck itself. Ahead of its launch, a Stellar Blade PC demo can also be downloaded on Steam here. Stellar Blade will also be getting a Goddess of Victory: NIKKE DLC and a Complete Edition release on June 11 when it releases on PC. If you pre-ordered it, pre-loading should be live on Steam now.
