Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess anniversary update is now live bringing in the Yashichi Waves Mazo Talisman

Capcom has released the one year anniversary celebration update for Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess bringing in the “Yashichi Waves” Mazo Talisman for all players.

This update should be live on all platforms as of this writing. When you launch the game after updating, the “Yashichi Waves” Mazo Talisman will be given to you. This remixes select songs from the game's music into new 8-bit versions. This update follows Capcom's recent one that arrived when Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess launched on Nintendo Switch 2 last month. Read about that here.

Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess is now available on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam) and Microsoft Store. You can also read James' review of the game.

Capcom's unique, highly rated Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess has won the hearts of players and reviewers alike since its original release in 2024, and saw the addition of a new Otherworldly Ventures mode as well as a Nintendo Switch 2 edition on 5 June 2025.

To celebrate the game's one-year anniversary and as a thank-you to everyone who played the game, we're giving all players the Yashichi Waves Mazo tailsman! When equipped, this item will change the music in certain situations into brand-new 8-bit versions!
