Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition releases November 10 for PS5, PS4, Xbox, and PC with Switch 2 following in 2026

Bethesda has announced the Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition for November 10 release on PS5, PS4, Xbox, and PC featuring the base game, six add-ons, over 150 pieces of Creation Club content, and more.

This will be the first time Creations are coming to Fallout 4 as well. In a separate trailer, Bethesda announced that Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition is coming to Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026.
