Nagoshi Studio reveals Gang of Dragon for PC via Steam

Nagoshi Studio has revealed a new action-adventure game titled Gang of Dragon at The Game Awards 2025. While the world premiere trailer did not mention any platforms, the studio has opened a Steam page for the game, which confirms PC as the first available platform.

This world premiere finally unveiled the new game Toshihiro Nagoshi has been working on ever since he was headhunted by NetEase Games. After leaving Sega and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio in late 2021, he set up Nagoshi Studio as a NetEase subsidiary the following year.

Gang of Dragon will have an action-adventure gameplay in a similar vein to the Yakuza series up until Yakuza 6: The Song of Life. However, this game appears to take place in the real Kabukicho area as opposed to the Yakuza series' inspired Kamurocho, and it will also star a South Korean character in Shin Ji-seong.

You can find the official reveal trailer, screenshots, and descriptions for Gang of Dragon right below. The Steam page so far indicates that this game will fully support Japanese and English with voiceovers, along with additional subtitles in Korean, French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Chinese (Traditional & Simplified).

An action-adventure set in Kabukicho, the iconic nightlife district of Shinjuku, Tokyo.

Shin Ji-seong — portrayed by renowned Asian actor Ma Dong-seok — is a high-ranking member of a Korean crime syndicate based in Kabukicho. As he explores the streets of Shinjuku, Shin becomes entangled in underworld conflicts and forges intense, human connections that push him to confront his own sense of purpose.

Combat unfolds from a third-person perspective, centered on Shin’s overwhelming physical power. Engage enemies through brutal hand-to-hand strikes, precise blade attacks, gunplay, and high-impact vehicle action across the city.

Forge your own path through a story where violence and human bonds intertwine.
