Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion Ver1.2.1 update patch to add 3 more new bosses on December 19

Marvelous has revealed that they will release a new content update patch for Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion on December 19 in Japan's time zone. This patch will raise the game's version to 1.2.1, and it will primarily add 3 more new bosses in Chaldia, Insania Rex RT:Ω, and Immortal Void RT:Ω.

All three above bosses will be available to fight against via new simulator entries. The game will allow access to these fights after you have completed the mission in Chapter 9 where you rescue Raven.

This update will also be the last one in the update roadmap Marvelous has planned throughout 2025. The company had previously released two content updates in October and the Into the Abyss expansion last month in November.

In addition, Marvelous also announced that they are holding the first-ever sale period for Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion on all platforms—Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. The base game and most of its minor customization DLC (but excluding the Into the Abyss expansion) are available at 30% off throughout the 2025-2026 holiday season until roughly a week after the new year. Also note that the discount period on Steam will connect through the upcoming 2025-2026 Steam Winter Sale.

• Switch 2 - from 19 December 2025 at 00:00 until 6 January 2026 at 23:59

• Xbox Series X|S - from 18 December 2025 at 17:00 until 8 January 2026 at 16:59
