Borderlands 4 Nintendo Switch 2 development paused
2K and Gearbox Software have paused development for the Switch 2 version of Borderlands 4 as reported by Variety.
Take-Two spokesperson Alan Lewis told Variety that the focus is to delivery post-launch content for players in addition to improving and optimizing the game. Borderlands 4 for Switch 2 was not only showcased during the first Switch 2 Direct, but it got a detailed Borderlands 4 Creator's Voice video featuring Randy Pitchford and Randy Varnell from Gearbox Software. A new release window is yet to be revealed for the Switch 2 port.
