Com2uS (CEO Jae-kwan Nam) announced that it is developing a new game based on the popular Japanese anime ""I Left My A-Rank Party to Help My Former Students Reach the Dungeon Depths!"" (hereinafter A-Rank Party).
Com2uS has signed a licensing agreement with Kodansha, the IP rights holder, to develop and globally publish the game based on the A-Rank Party anime. A-Rank Party began as a light novel and was later published as a comic series, surpassing 1.8 million copies in cumulative sales. The IP has continued to grow its global fanbase through its TV anime adaptation. The story follows the protagonist, the Red Mage Yuke, who leaves the top-ranked party and reunites with his former students to challenge the depths of a dungeon.
