Songs of Glimmerwick demo is now available for PC via Steam

Eastshade Studios has published a demo version of Songs of Glimmerwick on PC via Steam. After an initial reveal in 2022 with its release originally set for 2023, a playable build of the game is finally just available for the public to access. The full release is now projected to appear on PC within this year, with console releases following "soon after".

This demo is only available in English as of its launch, but in the new announcement, the studio has also planned to release a localization update within this month, which will add support for Simplified Chinese, German, Russian, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, and Japanese.

Some other news about what's coming: We have a big update in the works that was a bit too risky to launch the demo with. It fixes a number of known issues including a possible soft lock in the Swish and Stitch (tailor shop).

We're also aware that we need a different set of default key binds for many of the worlds different keyboard layouts. This is in the works and will hopefully be coming within the next few weeks. And finally, we have a big localization update coming within the month that will support the following languages:

• Spanish (European)

• Brazilian Portuguese

• French

• Japanese
