Beast of Reincarnation physical releases revealed for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, pre-orders now live
Fictions has announced that pre-orders for Beast of Reincarnation are now live with a physical release planned. Happinet has also announced that it will release a physical edition for PlayStation 5 in Japan and Asia. This physical release will appear on August 4—the same day Fictions releases Game Freak's original action RPG digitally worldwide for not only PS5 but also Xbox Series X and PC via Steam.
The Japanese company has specifically noted that they are only publishing this physical edition in Japan and Asia with a Japanese price tag of ¥8980. However, the fact sheet for this physical release suggests that it will include all languages known so far in the global releases: Full support with voiceovers in Japanese and English, and additional subtitles in French, Italian, German, Spanish (European & Latin American), Brazilian Portuguese, Korean, and Chinese (Traditional & Simplified).
The Happinet press release also includes a note that all regular PS5 physical releases of this game will come with a serial code that lets the player obtain all the same bonuses as the Digital Deluxe edition. The list includes Oni's Hat and Big Dipper for Emma, Brown and Black Shiba skins for Koo, and 100,000 Amber for in-game currency as well as various kinds of plant seeds.
Separate from this Japanese press release, Wario64 has also spotted physical releases of Beast of Reincarnation for not only PlayStation 5 but also Xbox Series X available for pre-order in North America via Best Buy. Note that while both platforms have regular releases priced at $59.99, Best Buy also has a Deluxe Edition for PlayStation 5 that costs $69.99 and is likely to be the equivalent of the above Eastern physical release.

Beast of Reincarnation, is now available for pre-order. Directed by Kota Furushima, Beast of Reincarnation is set to release on August 4, 2026, and will be available day one with Xbox Game Pass (Series X|S, Windows). It will also be available at launch on PC via Steam and PlayStation 5.
Players who pre-order will receive a bonus pack featuring the Brown Shiba Skin for Emma’s companion, Koo, along with 30,000 Amber to use on in-game resources. The Digital Deluxe Edition includes additional content, such as:

Brown Shiba Skin and Black Shiba Skin for Koo
Big Dipper weapon for Emma
Oni’s Hat cosmetic for Emma
Set in the post-apocalyptic ruins of Japan in the year 4026, a world where the “Blight” corrupts all living things into monstrous forms. Emma, a girl shunned as a "Blightborn," encounters Koo—a corrupted creature she was destined to hunt—and together they embark on a journey to slay the Beast of Reincarnation.
