Maple Story makes its way to the DS

Maple Story publisher, Nexon, have announced that a DS version of thier popular MMORPG is in development. Little is known about the game and only a short clip can be seen in the trailer. There's currently no details on how the game will work (will there be items you can pay for with "real" money? How will the servers work? etc.) and there's no release confirmed outside of Korea, where it's due to hit stores on the 18th of January.

Unforetunately, there'll probably be a few issues with importing (the language barrier being the first one to spring to mind).
