Control Resonant will be Xbox Play Anywhere, Remedy is taking handheld devices into account for performance

Remedy Entertainment has announced that Control Resonant will be an Xbox Play Anywhere title at launch.

This means it will be available on Xbox Series consoles and Xbox on PC with a single purchase. The announcement also mentions handheld support so hopefully. You can find Remedy's Miika Huttunen commenting on handheld optimization below via Xbox Wire:

We want to ensure the game is great on all platforms and the best possible experience for players. Many of the moments in AAA games tend to really shine on big displays, but we of course realize that there are players on handheld devices. We take that into account from a performance and controls standpoint to ensure that those players get the best possible experience.

This announcement follows the recent Control Resonant New Game Plus mode details revealed.

Control Resonant launches this year for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, Xbox on PC).
