Expeditions: Samurai gets a new gameplay trailer going over the core features

THQ Nordic has shared a new Expeditions: Samurai 'Story, Steel, Stealth, and Strategy' gameplay trailer ahead of its August 7 early access launch via PC (Steam).

This trailer goes over the core features ahead of its early access launch next week. It follows the prior ones focusing on the game's companions and the story. Expeditions: Samurai follows Expeditions: Rome as the newest game in the series. The latest gameplay trailer from developer Campfire Cabal highlights the features of the upcoming CRPG Expeditions: Samurai, launching into Early Access on August 7, 2026.

Depending on your playstyle, there are many ways to tell your own story: sneak through the shadows using stealth and cunning to outwit your enemies, or launch a frontal assault and dive into tactical, turn-based battles.

And the best part? Expeditions: Samurai can be played in 2-player co-op. So make sure you have a player #2 ready when the game launches - the adventure is better shared!
