Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance gets first full trailer during State of Play

Capcom showcased the first full Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance trailer today during the State of Play.

A giant dragon's sudden siege heralds change in the Forbidden Lands, for both land and sky. Bracing for danger, the Expedition steels themselves as familiar and undiscovered Elder Dragons emerge - and a disturbing new threat prowls the land.

If you missed the recent news, a Monster Hunter Wilds Prologue Demo is now available following a recent update. The demo includes all weapon types and story content until Chapter 1-3 "To the Forest" with save data carrying over to the full release. In addition to the demo, Monster Hunter Wilds has gotten a permanent price drop with new DLC bundles available. 

Monster Hunter Wilds is now available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam). It is in development for Switch 2 release in the future. Check out all our Monster Hunter Wilds guides here.
