Tokyo Xanadu screenshots introduce sixth playable character - Shio Takahata

Falcom has revealed the sixth playable party member for Tokyo Xanadu. His name is Shio Takahata, and he is a firey greatsword wielder with a one-track mind. He's a heavy hitter much like Yuki, but is more effective at range as Shio can generate many forms of shockwaves with his Soul Device. He used to be part of a gang called Blaze, but has since left the group.

Falcom is also releasing a Japanese limited edition of the game, which will include a soundtrack sampler, artbook, and rubber straps featuring the characters. There are no images of this edition yet, but will be sold at 8,208 yen.

Check out the screenshots below. The new keyart (above) is set to be the game's box art as well. Tokyo Xanadu releases on September 30th.
