Dark Souls III officially revealed - set for Spring 2016

Following an earlier leak, Dark Souls III has been officially announced at Microsoft's E3 Press Event, debuting with a CG trailer.  While there hasn't been any clarification of several the details from the leaked information, we know that the title is set to release early next year. 

In addition, there is currently no word on if series creator Hidetaka Miyazaki is involved with this entry.

Bandai Namco has put up a direct-feed version of the trailer, which confirms a PC release and Miyazaki's involvement, and reveals that  Dark Souls III is set to be the last in the Dark Souls series. We also have high resolution screenshots and artwork in the gallery.
