Summon Night 6 screenshots introduce more cameo characters
After announcing several characters from the original Summon Night game, Bandai Namco has detailed more characters for Summon Night 6: Lost Borders, this time featuring many cameos from the 2nd and 3rd mainline games in the series. A total of five new playable characters and three new supporting characters are introduced.
The playable characters are:
- Amer (Summon Night 2)
- Kanon (Summon Night 1)
- Nesty Bask (Summon Night 2)
- Kyle (Summon Night 3)
- Toris (Summon Night 2)
And the supporting characters:
- Resi (Summon Night 2)
- Kunon (Summon Night 3)
- Bulrell (Summon Night 2)
The screenshots also showcase a "Summon Burst" mechanic, where stronger monsters can be summoned by combining the capabilities of two characters at once. These fused creatures can exhibit a variety of attributes depending on the constituent characters among other conditions.
Summon Night 6 is set to release next Spring in Japan on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. All the images are in the gallery below.
