RPGs Dominate Japanese 2009 Top Ten

Looks like despite Japanese RPGs remaining a bit stagnent over the last couple of years our genre of choice is strongly dominating the top three out of five top selling Japanese games for 2009, With Dragon Quest, Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver and Final Fantasy XIII all breaking into the top five.

Nintendo dominate in a particularly impressive fashion, with the first four of the top five being for Nintendo platforms, with only the PS3's Final Fantasy XIII managing to scrape into th3 fifth spot.
