TGS 2017: Hokuto ga Gotoku releases in Japan February 22, 2018

Hokuto ga Gotoku, Yakuza Studio's crossover project with Fist of the North Star, is slated to release on February 22, 2018 in Japan. A trailer was shown during Sony's Pre-TGS stream showing off a plethora of characters, story elements, combat, and a few scenes that most Yakuza fans would find familiar.

Additionally the official Ryu Ga Gotoku news website has posted information detailing DLC content for Hokuto ga Gotoku's Century End Premium Edition, which will also be released alongside the normal version of the game.

This content includes a skin for Kenshiro, changing his appearance to that of the Yakuza series' Kiryu Kazuma, however it is noted that this change will not be reflected in all scenes. Two additional BGM tracks have also been listed, optional items, and a "hand drawn" PlayStation 4 icon along with an accompanying theme illustrated by Tetsuo Hara, illustrator for the Fist of the North Star series. Limited quantities of this version will be available.

Hokuto ga Gotoku will release in Japan on February 22, 2018. There has been no word of a North American or European release date as of yet.
