The Elder Scrolls Online to Get a New Story Expansion

During Bethesda's E3 conference, The Elder Scrolls Online game director Matt Firor announced two new DLC packs for the popular MMO. Even though Summerset has just recently released, ZeniMax Online wants players to know they're not resting on their laurels, and will have more content for ESO fans throughout the year.

First up is the dungeon pack expansion Wolfhunter, which will have you fighting against warewolves in two tough group dungeons. Of course, surviving the enounters will get players new gear and other goodies. Learn more about Wolfhunter below:

As its name suggests, these two dungeons are themed around Tamriel’s werewolves, and you’ll be able to dive into all new stories surrounding those afflicted with the lycanthropic curse. You might even come face-to-face with the Daedric Prince Hircine himself!

On top of that, ZeniMax is working on a whole new story expansion. Murkmire will be a whole new explorable zone and have plenty of story content to work through. The home of the Argonians will have new World Bosses, dungeons, and everything you come to expect from ESO:

Murkmire is ESO’s next zone and story content expansion, and it will take you deep into the home of the Argonians. There, you will win the trust of reclusive tribes, delve deep into crumbling xanmeer ruins and hack your way through the savage wilds of Black Marsh to discover one of the Hist’s greatest secrets.

The Elder Scrolls Online is currently available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The game is currently 50% off on Steam, until June 18.
