Yakuza Kiwami 2 demo now available, new story trailer
SEGA has announced that a free demo for Yakuza Kiwami 2 is available today on PlayStation Network. The publisher also posted a new story trailer and a handful of screenshots for the remake.
The demo is the same as the one playable to attendees at E3, set in Sotenbori during Chapter 2 of the game. Unlike the Yakuza 6 demo, there is no carry-over to the full game when it releases.
Additionally, Yakuza Kiwami 2 and can now be digitally pre-ordered on PSN. Those who pre-order will receive an exclusive "Dragons" theme (redeemable upon pre-order) and a "Special Item Pack" which includes:
- Demonfire Blade weapon
- Hostess Ono Michiyo
- Sotaro Komaki R Clan Card
- Jo Amon R Clan Card
- The Comedian Suit Outfit
- 1 Million Yen

Yakuza Kiwami 2 releases to Western audiences on August 28, 2018. First-print copies of the game will include a special steelbook case featuring Kiryu and his rival Ryuji Goda - the Dragon of Kansai.
