Dark Souls Trilogy announced for PS4 and Xbox One

Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced that FromSoftware's critically acclaimed series will be released as a single bundle with Dark Souls Trilogy. The three-disc collection will include Dark Souls Remastered, Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin, Dark Souls III: The Fire Fades Edition, and all the DLC content previously released for the group.

All of this will be housed in a Steelbook case, and altogether will have an MSRP of $79.99. Bandai Namco has pointed out the physical edition will be available in limited numbers at participating retailers. Of course, you can also opt for the digital version.

The compilation will see all three games united together and will be due out on October 19, 2018 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Coincidentally enough (or intentionally), this would mark the same day Dark Souls Remastered is released on the Nintendo Switch.

Update: Bandai Namco has passed along word that the set is not coming to Europe as it was only intended for America and Asia:

To clarify, the Dark Souls Trilogy release date announcement yesterday (August 21st) was a US and Asia announcement only, and was not a Gamescom announcement in Europe.

Dark Souls fans in Europe can still get their fix on October 19th - with the release of Dark Souls: Remastered for the Nintendo Switch console.
