Tales of Graces F Demo Drops This Thursday on Japanese PSN

Although it remains unascertained as to whether Tales of Graces F for the PS3 will actually be released outside of Japan (considering the original wasn't either), players the world over will get a chance to try it regardless when the demo drops on October 7th (or this Thursday) on the Japanese PSN.

According to news sources, in the demo players will have control of 7 different characters with the action taking place in the Forest of Mystery Dungeon. The original Tales of Graces for the Wii garnered very high reviews, getting a 36/40 out of Famitsu and selling 113,000 copies in its first day of release. However, the game suffered from many game-ending bugs that ultimately caused Namco Bandai to recall the game to exchange the disks for players. The PS3 version is expected to come with all of these bug fixes intact and include an additional story arc promising to add several hours more gameplay to the title amongst other interesting enhancements.

So get to making a Japanese PSN account already! Sure, it's all in Japanese, but if other Tales games are any indication, at least it will look pretty and this time in HD! If anything, it would be a good time killer until the tidal wave of Fall releases start coming in.

The game is set to be released in Japan on December 2nd. We will definitely let you all know if Namco Bandai announces a  Western release.
