New Final Fantasy XIV Producer Reaches out to Fans for Advice

After Square Enix publicly admitted that Final Fantasy XIV wasn't all they wanted it to be and restructured the team in charge of the game, new boss Naoki Yoshida had his work cut out for him to fix the thoroughly flawed game - and so he's marked the New Year by reaching out for fans as to what needs changing most urgently.

Yoshida's open letter essentially apologizes again and tells fans to expect the game world to change and revealed that he has cooked up an entire new design document for Final Fantasy XIV, hoping to completely reboot the game if necessary.

The open letter also links to a new Poll, which current Final Fantasy XIV members (no subscription required, as that was ditched) can fill in to let Yoshida know what needs to be changed in the game most urgently.

Final Fantasy XIV launched in September last year on PC, and the PS3 version has been delayed indefinitely due to the condition of the game on launch. We'll bring you more as we get it, as always.
