During today's Stadia Connect, CD Projekt Red announced that Cyberpunk 2077 will release on Google Stadia in addition to PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. It joins other incoming RPG (or RPG-adjacent) games like Baldur's Gate III and Darksiders Genesis.
The announcement was made alongside a new Developer Diary video, which we've shared below. The footage in the video mostly seems to be gameplay from E3 2018 and the trailer shared at Microsoft's event from E3 2019. Note that the Stadia version of Cyberpunk is not explicitly listed to launch on the same date as the PC and Console versions:
Cyberpunk 2077 will release April 16th, 2020, for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The Google Stadia version will launch the same year — additional details will be made available at a later date.
Cyberpunk 2077 will first release on April 16, 2020, though the Stadia date, as mentioned, isn't set in stone. You can read our impressions from this year's E3 gameplay demonstration here.
