We've seen a lot of different friendships and relationships over the Persona series, but Persona 3 Reload has one of the most outright unique in the form of the Maya social link, which is the link for the Hermit Arcana. The reason this social link stands out is simple: it takes place through the computer, via an online game. Maya S-Link Guide - Hermit (Persona 3 Reload)
In Persona 3 Reload the social link system works much as it does in other games - where answering your friends with the optimal answers when hanging out will speed up how quickly your relationship goes. This Hermit S-Link guide features all answers and responses that will make a difference in the Maya social link - and it's spoiler-free to boot!
When spending time with Maya, dialogue options will determine how many affection points are added to your hidden social link stat; more points means faster rank-ups. This guide lists the best choices, though the point numbers you see next to answers include the Arcana Bonus that you recieve for also having a Hermit Persona in your current stock at the time you hang out - so keep that in mind.

Unlock & Rank 1
To unlock the online game, you will need to wait until April 28th when Junpei gives you a copy of Innocent Sin Online. Then on a holiday or a weekend, play the online game by examining the desk in your room to start the Hermit Social Link.
Ranking up this social link might take a bit longer as it is only accessible during Sundays and school holidays. For the first rank, whatever dialogue options you choose, this first rank of the Maya social link proceeds as normal, so say whatever you prefer.
