How to claim Digimon Story: Time Stranger DLC in-game
While the costumes will appear on their own in-game, you will need to claim the other DLC from inside the items menu if you want to access the season pass bonus, Deluxe Edition bonus, Ultimate Edition bonus, and pre-order bonus items. You can do this by going into the Digivice menu (triangle on PS5 or Y on Xbox controller) and then navigating to the Item menu. From here, go the rightmost tab for "Item Packs". Your content will be listed here and you need to claim each pack individually as shown in the images below:
How to change costumes in Digimon Story: Time Stranger
If you have any costume DLC through the Deluxe and Ultimate Editions or buy any of the standalone DLC, you will be able to access costumes and change them by bringing up the Digivice by pressing Triangle on PS5 or Y on Xbox. From here, navigate to the Agent tab. The fourth option here lets you view and change costumes. I've included screenshots showing this below:
How to change BGM in Digimon Story: Time Stranger
If you have any music DLC from the Cyber Sleuth BGM pack or purchase the Anime Song Pack separately, you will be able to change music by pressing the Options/Start button and then using the "Music Settings" option at the bottom (above Return to Title). From here, you can set music for Field, Normal Battle, Boss Battle, Digivice, Digifarm, and Card Battle from any music you have purchased.

Digimon Story Time Stranger - Outer Dungeons The Halls of EXP, Gold, Materials DLC pack
This DLC is available from day one. It includes the following special outer dungeons:
- The Hall of EXP: Obtain experience items by defeating Digimon in this Outer Dungeon
- The Hall of Gold: Obtain in-game currency by defeating Digimon in this Outer Dungeon
- The Hall of Materials: Obtain materials for Farm Items by defeating Digimon in this Outer Dungeon
This is basically the cheat DLC like in Shin Megami Tensei V or Nocturne HD Remaster. You can access the Outer Dungeons through the The In-Between Theater.
