Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter DLC Guide – How To Access DLC, Editions, Costumes, Upgrades, and More
GungHo and Falcom have finally released Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, and Steam. As with prior Trails games including Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter, there are a few editions available physically and digitally. Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter also has DLC from launch day with more over the coming weeks. A majority of it is included in the Season Pass and Digital Deluxe Edition. This Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter DLC guide will cover all the content included in the different editions, where you can access it in-game, upgrading to Switch 2, the Deluxe upgrade, and more.

Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter Digital Deluxe Edition contents and price
Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter Digital Deluxe Edition is a special digital bundle that includes the base game and all Season Pass content. The price is $79.99 for the Digital Deluxe Edition while the standard edition is $59.99. On Switch 2, there is no Digital Deluxe Edition since you need to buy the Switch 2 Edition and the Season Pass or buy the Switch 1 Digital Deluxe Edition and the Switch 2 Edition Upgrade Pack.
Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter Season Pass price and contents
The Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter Season Pass, priced at $24.99, grants access to all paid costumes and attachment items. All content included in the Season Pass is also be available for individual purchase as DLC items starting from September 17, 2026. Note that the consumable items are not included in the Season Pass. The Season Pass was available at 10% off until September 23 on Steam.

How to access DLC in Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter and change costumes
DLC items and costumes can be claimed in-game by selecting ITEM from the main menu and then selecting newly added content within the DLC tab. Note that if the carrying capacity for an item has been reached, additional items will be discarded. After obtaining items, costumes, orbments or accessories on the save file, they can be equipped via the COSTUME menu for costumes and ORBMENT menu (Change Cover) respectively.
