Atelier Ryza 2 opening movie trailer reveals Sophie costume for Ryza as Season Pass bonus

Koei Tecmo and Gust revealed more new information for Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends and the Secret Fairy at the Gust Autumn Special Livestream held today in Japan. While revealing that the game's ending theme will be "Hands" by the 2002-born singer-songwriter Kotone, Gust also published the Avant Title (Opening) movie which features the theme song "Somewhen, Somewhere..." by Clammbon.

The end of the trailer shows a lot of bonus costumes that will be available through various means, such as having a save data of the first Atelier Ryza, purchasing an early copy of the game, or pre-ordering. The most notable one is the Alchemist of the Mysterious Book costume for Ryza, which is obviously based on a previous series protagonist Sophie Neuenmuller and available as a Season Pass-exclusive bonus.

Gust has uploaded the Avant Title Movie trailer on their Japanese YouTube channel, and you can find it right below:

Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends and the Secret Fairy will be available on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch, as well as PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam digitally. It will be released in Japan on December 3, North America on January 26, 2021, and Europe on January 29.
