Atomic Heart - E3 2021 Trailer

During today's Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase, a new trailer was shown for the upcoming Atomic Heart from developer Mundfish. The RPG/FPS hybrid is set in an alternate reality 1950s where the USSR has progressed far more technologically than any other nation.

As previously reported, the gameplay mechanics look to be an FPS/RPG hybrid, with immersive sim elements and a gear-crafting system where players can create long- & close-range weapons. The developers have stated that there will not be standard experience 'levels' for the player, but instead a system of skills that can be combined with each other.

There is no release date yet for the game, but we know it is set to release for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC (Steam). The studio's website is here.
